The problem with solo queue in Faction warfare is that there are not enough players for all the different planets for the different factions. This is my suggestion, have one planet that can be fought over just for solo queue players only. This battle would be "Starleague/Comstar" Vs "Clans". If the planet is captured by the Inner-sphere, it will go back to the original faction it belonged to, Same if captured by the clans, or to the nearest clan territory/clan with least territory.
