On and off for the last couple of days I have been getting horrible pings from the NA servers, I normally get about 30-40 for the Europeans and a steady 90 for the NA server but pings are as bad for the NA servers as they are for the oceanic servers at times. Did someone trip over the cable and pull out the plug ?

Hm, well that throws my idea out. lol

About 11:30 Sunday night i started getting real bad lag, high ping and such. MWO lagged out a few times and even crashed once. Had a bunch of east coast players tell me they were experiencing the same problems so we guessed it was a data center or something and NOT actually PGI. Since a lot of other peeps had NO ISSUES.

Maybe you use the same/similar route, have you tried a trace route yet? Just to see where you info is going?

I blame all those Japanese chasing Moby ****....

They found our Internets instead and decided to cut it, North Korea gave them the OK.

Hmm, who knows what it is, maybe it's when the server saves everyone's progress within the game, and that's when it slows down or it crashes you. I can't say for sure now.

This is the first person i have heard outside the US who was having an issue, i assumed it was just some crappy ISP or data center dropping the ball.

But who knows....PGI give us answers? I can haz 23 ping again?

I have lived in rural Oregon on the west coast and our ISP and carriers changed drastically after the gov grants for infrastructure ran out. At one time we were getting routed through England. You may want to check with others who use your service locally and also game. Also check the routing for anomalies.

Pho servers are actually located in outer western Mongolia.
Maybe they forgot to pay for the yak feed.
