Has anyone here redeemed more than 1 of those packs on his account?

I would like to know if this is possible to get more of those awesome warhorns that come with the pack.

I doubt that the xp/cbill bonus will add up, will it? If so I'd buy at least 5 packs ;D

No, you can only have one per account, it's covered in the FAQ:

I purchased two. You only get one title, obviously, and the boost does not stack. However, I have two mechs with the cockpit items.

Nice - the FAQ implies that you can't redeem the code on an account twice. The cockpit items for this are pretty nice.

Good find. Doesn't explicitly say you should buy a second pack if you want additional cockpit jewelry.
