Why aren't you just rewarding players for participation in FW. Then you get your solos to fill unit ques and solos stop feeling like crapped on mercs who got sent to the front line as cannon fodder and never even got a pay check for their service.

Right now most solos seem to feel incapable of building rep/rewards in Fw no matter how many times they die for their clan.

Reward the faction as a whole if you need to it really doesn't matter its all digital. It's not like somebody is going to inexplicably overturn Bill Gates.
