Greetings Mechwarriors. Today I have a simple question. How many of you will be watching the livestream and why? What questions would you like answered? Does anyone really watch it or do they just read the Town Hall notes the day after?

I never watch the livestreams, too long.

I'm curious when we will see the last of the unseens, specifically Stinger, Wasp, Valkyrie, and Crusader, and what we can do to motivate Russ to move on the light 'mechs as he doesn't seem enthusiastic about 20 tonners.

Are you ready to rebuild CW's 12 v 12 from the ground up because the current mechanics and maps do not promote good game play and are borderline unfair and completely noncompetitive.

Are you actually ready to play CW seriously with the community so that you can get some actual first hand experience and perspective on why your game mode is fundamentally broken.


Lets start with those two questions.

Clans didn't ruin the game. They should have been balanced on a star vs lance configuration. Lets be real IS mechs are more powerful than clans these days.

Aerotech in space when? I want to see real star ships. A small part of me looks forward to seeing the kn0bs that paid real money for those sissy Star Citizen ships cry rivers.

Once, I wanted a thinking man's shooter, using the classic Battletech lore and storylines, with dynamic, group gameplay; combat, information warfare, factions, and a deeply immersive faction warfare mode where we could fight over the entire Inner Sphere, including taking factory worlds which changed mech production costs and repair and re-arm costs.

Nowadays I'm just happy to be getting models for the unseen, and maybe a stock mode for private matches would be nice.

Meanwhile, about those unseen ...

Ballpark answer to when we can expect a time jump. How many more older mechs do they want to add in still before considering the jump.

Details Russ we want some details!

With the Time jump also what will happen to factions that are eliminated like Smoke Jaguar?

I dont know why people bother watching the town hall streams. The only questions that get answers are all the easy ones like "what are you guys working on next"...any hard questions like "Why have we been stuck with massive laser alphas for the last X years" never get answered.

I want 3025 Stock Mode, but I can at least take promised Privet Stock Button. So I will not have to explain for 10 page moot discussion to stock sceptics how Stock game play really funny is, as everybody would easily try it out.

Yep, seems like all we ever get is the same questions over and over even though the answers never really change. Meanwhile I've asked questions in every townhall via the chat or forums when they ask here and have not once got a answer. And I usually ask for some pretty basic stuff that wouldn't require much. Would be nice if one of my questions could get asked instead of the same things over and over. Heck I would rather have Russ answer my question with "No, not doing it hahaha" than listen to stock mode for the billionth time.
I remember the last townhall they were talking about something for 20 minutes and about 10 minutes into it the chat was filled with people asking for them to move on. But I might still watch (or more so have on in the background) since cliff notes written by someone else can often times imply something different than the speaker intended.

Stock mech mode is already in the game. It's called a 'private lobby'. There you can play out all the bad build on bad build fantasies you like. "Check this out, I'm gonna fire two weapons together and overheat, like in the lore!"

We used to play in privet of course, but the thing is that quirks destroyed for us that fun, for some the only fun that they had in MWO. So yeah we want at least to Stock Mode be supported in privet lobby.
