Proposal For Fw Queue Solution

Right now FW is like hurry up and wait mode. It sucks ***.

We need to stream line the queue system, and remove the whole picking which planet to attack thing.

3 major changes.

1) Eliminate Faction specific territory. Have 1 IS planet and 1 Clan planet be contented at during an attack phase. Everyone joins either the attacking queue or the defending queue.

2) seperate scouting phases, and Invasion phases. Scouting occurs for 1 hour, then scouting events get locked, and invasions are enabled.

3)Increase payout for faction play. Ensure at LEAST 1m cbill payout for the average loss, 2m for a win. in the 45m it takes to play 1 invasion, you could crank out 5 or 6 quick play matches, and easily earn 1m cbills.
