On a serious note though. I think it would be wiser if said new leader of the Eagles kept his mouth shut until he gained the unquestioned loyalty of his fighters. Then announce his plans and when we swoop in to kill him because it invloves invading somewhere he shouldnt. He actually presents a chllenge and we can claim a bounty per kill.
