Fp Question

When trying to join a Faction Play reinforcement call, I get the notice that my deck is incomplete. I have three mechs 235/250 tons. Do I need exactly four mechs?

Edit: Nevermind, rearranged my deck to exactly four and it took it.

Sure would be nice if PGI actually explained how FP works, wouldnt it?
