Are any Steiner (loyalist) Units looking to form dedicated Scout Teams?

I would also be willing to consider forming a new House Steiner Loyalist Unit for this purpose if enough others show interest.

Well, Steiner isn't exactly Germany, but many German units are named after historic figures, like the Aufklärungsgeschwader 51 "Immelmann" for example. But hey, we're talking about it, nice. I chose von Ewald because of his work on guerilla warfare, but also because it's a recognizable name that's not associated with the 3rd Reich.

Let's meet on the Steiner TS sometime.

Edit: Also, do Steiner units carry the Steiner name? How about 1st Lyran Jaeger Corps, with "Johann von Ewald" as the nickname?

I understand that sentiment. Hell I even have a Mech named Rommel II (my grandfather, who was German, was a Scharfschuetze under him in Africa. But I am American.
Anyway ... Steiner roots are undoubtedly German but I would like to keep such a unit more universally Steiner, although I do appreciate the thought. Maybe something in between like Germania Lancers or Jaegers?

Edit: The idea of having the name Steiner in it was to show dedication to the House, instead of a world or idea (like Skye - World or Lyran - Idea)
