I noticed my trashcan Urbie isn't making any sound effects in-game upon killing a mech. I even tried to preview it in the UI under cockpit items and even though he pops up and lights up, the preview doesn't make any sound fx. All the other warhorns preview properly...

The Urbie does not make warhorn sounds on its own. You have to buy the Urbie warhorn on mounted not standing.
