Just a small idea inspired by the current Supply Cache discussion and Overwatch demo.

After a match, show the player stats and let everybody vote who was the most important / best player of the match. Each player has one vote and can give it to anyone except himself.

The more votes a player gets, the higher his chance to get a Supply Cache and he will get a small C-Bill reward boost (e.g. 1% per vote). This would give us players a tool to actually reward good players and encourage good gameplay.
