This Event Is Such Crap For Clans

Let me guess...either someone that doesn't play the game, ever, or someone that plays on the IS side exclusively.
Come over to the Clans and try it out a bit. See what it's like to get pugstomped 19/20 matches you drop in.
And don't even say it. Join a group....dude. Come see the groups we've got. Seriously.
Yet another poorly thought out event from the people that brought you "end game content with beginning game players and equipment."

Our fronts are always lacking on the IS side, with 1 or more of our attack/defend groups waiting for the other side to show up on each planet.

If you are wondering which teams to join, just go look at the leaderboards. Past performance is the surest indicator of future performance, just ask Russ and Paul.

Last patch, they separated "groups" (loosely defined as "anyone that can figure out how to make a unit") from "solos." Wait times were up on the group side, but games were somewhat better. Don't know about the other side, don't really care...they obviously whined enough to get them to open up the flood gates and let them back in.
They did this right before they announced this event.
THAT is what I'm "whining" about, as you so neatly put it. Not my personal ability to finish yet another half-cooked, poorly organized and/or thought through event. I've blown off enough of those to not care about this one, either.
My entire point is that it's almost as if the Clans have been just an afterthought for quite some time now. And I'm not referring PGI's ability to balance worse than a drunk party girl on a rowboat, either. I'm talking about their complete inability to understand the very concept of matchmaking based on some kind of separator...be it skill, experience or equipment used. Whatever.
Ask them to poll the population based on their whole new "PSR" thing. See what the population of IS vs Clan is overall, then compare average PSR. See if I'm wrong. For one thing, most experienced groups went IS. Can't blame them, the seal hunting is good. Much money to be made. Secondly, there are no prerequisites to joining FW...no tutorial requirement, no cadet matches played, no owning your own mechs....nothing. Guess which side most new players go.
Personally, I'd much rather wait 30 minutes for a half-assed balanced match than wait 40 minutes total, after being "transferred" six times, for a ghost drop.

However winning 15 games rather more with clan wolf might be at the moment indeed a really difficult challenge, though I had - gladly - no problem with that coz I've won my games within 1,5 days because I could luckily drop some games where I had either experienced PUGS, or I dropped with some pilots from IX and EK, but I do admit that since a few days it's incredibly annoying to play FW and being in Clan Wolf again...
At the moment I think that things cant get any worse in Clan Wolf or any other Clan...perhaps except Clan Jade currently...

Getting a match score of 100 is not hard. Winning a game is not that hard either but this is not a solo game and faction play is not a solo gamemode.
You can't dictate your games as a solo players like you can as a group. If you are struggling to win games for the event than get on your faction teamspeak, group up with players or units from your faction (don't even need to join that unit) and coordinate with them to win the game.
Though it looks like you maybe apart of one. Can your unit not beat solo pug teams?

Meanwhile, all Clans really have vs. their IS counterparts is range (no, damage doesn't count considering the ridiculous beam duration and hit registration). Otherwise, they pay for that range dearly with beam duration and lots of heat which isn't a big deal for poke wars, but all IS needs to do (and does most of the time now) is death ball, making it very hard to use the range advantage. I was going to mention weight, but since they run so hot, this is offset with the need to get even more DHS.
It is possible to get through the invasion event with your free mech as I have done it as clan, but it gets miserable after a while when you get stuck with clueless pugs (stop using clan lurms) and IS death ball. The matches I played where even as pug vs. pug we would get stomped was when the IS side death balled with BK/WHR/MAR which typically meant laser vomit (and some dakka). IS death balls were only ever truly stopped due to these reasons:
-They sucked
-We just happened to be all brawlers (no lurms. I sense a theme here...)
-We had a 4+ man that people actually listened to
Usually all 3 cases had to be in play. Otherwise, easy peasy stomp for IS laser death ball.

Take heed wolf pugs to this man, find him, or EK if you want to win your share of games (might be too late now that it's Sunday)

If you have ever played with Willard you know why he is not in a unit. I will admit he does actually have some skills in a mech but its his attitude that is the issue.

Recommend piggy-backing off of a team to do the matches together; focus fire, call targets...come on...we've beaten our heads against walls for months trying to enlighten our fellow players on this matter.
I'm getting a little tired of repeating myself.
