Just trying to get some ideas in regards to other units new recruit requirements to try and update ours. I am not wanting specific tactical requirements or any information that could give away anything special for your group. Just do you have a minimum number of days, drops, or damage required. Do you require them to be assigned to a company consisting of new recruits, and have specific requirements they need to show or demonstrate when dropping with your trainers? Just looking to see if there is something out there to update our current system with.

Depends on what you want your unit to be really.
22AL is a casually competitive unit. That means we have no time reqs. and accept all skill levels with the idea of training newbies to be better. We have fun and screw around but generally play to win, especially when we knuckle down and get serious.

I generally approach recruiting like dating. Take some time, drop with them, see if its a match. Granted, with my dating history I can see how I ended up with the crazy bunch I've got.
