The video also showed shooting and targeting and stuff. Didn't mean the question was about how to shoot or target. It was clearly stated he wanted to know how to increase the fov. but dude... what ever.

Ohh... he is asking how to get a view of his shot going to the target... Oh I get it now.
Um yeah... Its called a camera guided Missile. You just strap a video camera onto your missiles and install a monitor in your Mech. dude that's so easy omg.

P.S.
I wanted to post the Platoon speech were Barnes says "Kill me" but all the clips I found were to long and not just the part I wanted.

For those that insist on using 60 degree FOV on PC, what size monitor do you use and what resolution do you play at? I can't play at anything under 90 degrees FOV or I start getting headaches.

27 inch at 1920x1080. I've mostly been playing an Atlas, so running the FOV higher just makes it seem like I'm looking through a rolll of paper towels, and I'm too lazy to change it on the few occasions I play anything else.

If it works for you, who am I to tell you otherwise. But yeah, at that size a monitor at 60 FOV, the game would be unplayable for me.

If I played other mechs more often, I'd probably change it. All it would do for the Atlas is show me more of the cockpit which isn't particularly useful.

Yeah, You practically LIVE in those Atlai. I don't think I've ever seen you in match in anything else.

Admit it, you installed a cot and minifridge, didn't you.

FOV slider works for me the last time I fiddled with it. The drawback is it makes all the distances greater requiring you to use Zoom a lot more.
