SOLIUTION: remove all languages from windows taskbar and leave only 1 ,go to windows settings and find language - remove additional languages . ( on default you can see letters exp.: ENG or RUS on right side bottom corner near watch and date indicator on you desktop - if you leave only one language then letters disapear and thats how it should be ) that helped me- no more movement bug .

As promised...

I DID have the descirbed MASC Bug, much and often .

Ever since doing what what MARSAS suggested...it did not occur anymore . Not one single time . Just disappeared .
