I've been recording with Shadowplay for a long time and previously all my videos were silky smooth. Lately, though, the framerate in the videos often gets choppy. I think it started happening about 2 or 3 driver updates ago. The weird thing is my framerate in game is fine, but then when I go back and watch the recordings sometimes it is choppy for several seconds at a time before becoming normal again.

Anyone else run into this or have ideas to correct it?

The weird thing for me is that it's choppy after I edit it. :l

Is it recording on SSD drive or HDD? If on HDD defragging the drive might help if you haven't done it for a while.
