Anyone else have been noticing the change in how ghost bear pattern looks on mechs compared to the early versions?

I think the early versions looked way better with the polygons covering part of the torso and arms.

Also, The distinction between the upper part and lower part of the mech is lost. Its just a cloudy pattern now.

Man don't think ! All of this is a part of awesome bigger plan.
You are just a player let PGI decide what is good for us, remember russ is always right.

In fact yesterday i was looking for buy a ghost bear camo for my kodiaks ( ty docteur ) and well i did realise ghost bear camo look like weird on the kodiak.
Now i know why ...

probably a bug. Texture mapping configurations can get to be a headache whenever you have a game this large.

The wolf camo looks different on almost every mech. E.g. SCR looks more like orange, while the SHC is pukey yellow.

Apparently, there are "generations" of camos. Maybe due to being done by different people and noone supervising their work for consistency. So the one guy makes them a little more so, the other guy makes them a little different.

I already wanted to complain about it, but in the end, it's not worth the effort (AKA "it doesn't even matter" :D)

Let's be honest the only camo that looks good on every mech is the buccaneer pattern and that's because it's custom designed for each chassis.

Frankly i have no idea why PGI keeps releasing patterns for all mechs rather than just say screw it and make a handful of awesome ones for each mech.

wait... does PGI not realize they don't sell account wide camos?

This, the faction camos and select other ones like the buccaneer pattern are fantastic, the other ones just end up bland and boring. I kinda wish you could get the special variant camos on non special mechs too.
