Calling all Cicada pilots!

Could you please verify if the "Twist X" pilot lab upgrade works properly on the Cicada?

I don't have any stock Cicadas left to verify for sure, but from what I can tell from memory, the upgrade seems to have no effect. With the 2x from Elite, my Cicada's twist range is about this:

edit: mailed PGI about it and they confirmed it's a known bug...
