Hiyas,
So I understand how critical to this game the turret/leg relationship is, and that white arrow on the ground is a huge help when I need to know where my legs are facing. The problem is I can't see it very well on snow, and sometimes it disappears when I'm up close to hills, mountains, boulders, etc... Is there a way to change it's color (bright orange or screaming yellow would be good) and, ideally, have it not disappear or be hidden in some cases?
Also, is there a way to change the font size of the HUD? The default thingy that shows how far away whatever I point at could be larger and more readable? Can I change its color as well? Not the pink target indicators. those I can see fine. I mean the default distance gauge.
I suppose the bigger question, which I think I already know the answer to, is whether the devs allow and support non-cheat modding? My guess is no.
Thanks in advance for your replies.

There arent any that i know of. But if you email tech support they could give you some user cfg codes that may do those things.
Personally i use the arrow on the map instead.

As Koniving said on the minimap there is an indicator of what direction you are facing, the V shape, that is your field of view, relative to your Mechs legs (top of the minimap is fowards), if it is off to one side you can easily see how far out it is on that.
I am not sure what I use to see which way my torso is facing, it became habit years ago, now I just do it without thinking about it.

The arrow on the bottom row of the top hud is your legs

(bad example pic because base marker on top)

Thanks for the help. I'm now paying more attention to the little V.
As you can see above, my legs are currently facing south.
