-if you mean a redeem code it is sent to your email then you need to log on forum and in your profile you'll find a redeem entry
enter your redeem code like stated in mail,redeemed items may appear ingame in an hourly delay but most is 15mn...
-if you mean you preordered a mechpack it will be redeemed automatically when you connect to the game...as long as the date of delivery has been reached
if any problem still...send a ticket to support so they can check what went wrong
