Can we give loyalists the ability to choose their friends as well as their enemies?

Vote for faction to attack and also a faction that can jump on your attack lane. I don't know how rewards would be affected but give this ability to smaller houses so that they can team up on a single planet.

Sure, the invited faction can't get the planet but maybe by pooling resources they can action get some action...

Additionally, the inviting faction can benefit from inviting a larger faction so that the excess of that faction can get drops.


Wanna make it nutty? Allow is and clan to intermingle...

Davions could invite Clan Wolves to help them attack Liao.

i kind of think there needs to be dynamic coalitions, where in two or more factions are effectively merged to reduce buckets. think fedcom. these would pop into existence in the presence of low fw populations and break up when the active population goes up. in the most abysmal situations there would be at most 2 big coalitions at war with eachother, clan and is.

any dynamic population concentration features would be appreciated.

IS vs Clans.
Populations are too low. If and when populations increase, we can have nice things, until then, let's f****** play at least.

IS vs Clans is a bit too concentrated, maybe 4 factions:
Wardens (Wolf & Ghost Bear)
Crusader (Falcon & Jaguar)
FedCom Alliance (Steiner, Davion, FRR)
Intrastate Compact (Marik, Kurita, Liao) - Mostly an alliance out of necessity, which also works from a political perspective like how WARSAW formed in response to NATO
