In Game Chat Still Very Broken

If I type after dying I can't see my messages
If I type while dying and it goes to the damage report it types everything twice
If I type and the state changes, the end of round report chat will be prefilled with that text

Why is it so hard to make a working chat system? If we can't trust to you to make this right how can we trust you to develop the game?
