Idea To Reduce Wait Times (Short Therm Ally's)

from now on a faction can not only vote who to fight, but also who to ally themselfs with (for that attack window)

how it would work;
the % votes to ally with a faction would be multiplyed whit the coresponding % votes to ally with that faction from that faction.

all those nbrs get listed up (for all factions) the highest get piked and those 2 factions become ally for that turn. then the 2nd highest get piked (if non of the 2 involving factions are allyed already) and those 2 get allyed for that turn... ect... (and yes 9 factions so there will be a loner ever window :P)

(for lore sake we can pmake it so clans can only ally with clans and is with is)

so now the use;

both ally's get to vote for there own attack lane, (if that happens to be the ally the second highest % get piked)

and ally's can drop in eatch others attack ques, as well as in eatch others defence ques

(on top of the usual is vs clan deffence ques and clan vs is defence ques)

in practice this will add more to faction politics.
it will double the amount of players available to fill a sertain que.
it will give you more lanes, without dividing the buckets more.

and its a more lore frendly solution then making fw just a IS vs Clan 2 faction game mode..

for this to work there need to be a number of systems in place ofc to make attacking the same faction by 2 ally's avoidable (if they want to ofc) but thats details..
