The top part I see looks like << R33- or << R23- or something like that...

What are YOUR guesses?

Yeah it does kinda look like << R33- to me as well, the rest i cant make out at all.

looks like it is mirrored. and the title line starts with "MWO-" .....cant make out the rest

This was around somewhere. It's the Latin gibberish used as a placeholder for text and whatnot. I forget what the term is, but the first word is actually the Latin term. Not to spoil the game or anything.
