If nothing else make the effort to say, "will show on PGI scheduled time" if nothing else. no communication, will make this a very long and hard tournament.
There are various ways to get a hold of team captains, this being one of the better ones I have seen (credit to zeroshin for a simply fantastic effort!!)

Also: Please fill out information here if you can, every little bit helps!!
This is the official scheduling or match organization thread:
http://mwomercs.com/...h-organization/
just take 10 minutes from your day to at least contact your opponents FOR AT LEAST THE FIRST WEEK
I have been watching these places like a hawk to simply get a sense of how things are progressing, and unless PM's are flying in the backside like crazy, I am very concerned for the first weeks matches, and beyond.
many people are new to competitive play, welcome!!!!!! everyone who has previously played hopes you the best, and wishes you a great tourney!. One of the things we have learned is that communication between combatants ahead of time makes things much easier to deal with for all parties concerned. you took the time to organize a team and be responsible for signing up, now take a moment every week to poll your team, get availability information, and go to work on scheduling matches, it IS a pain, but it is much less pain then forfeits, those suck!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CONTACT YOUR OPPONENTS IF NOT TWO WEEKS OUT, AT LEAST ONE WEEK!!!!
Save some stress, do the work now, it WILL pay off........
Edit: Edit: Please contact VVonka to participate in "Fight Night" it is a great idea, and might save many hundreds of matches that might otherwise be unplayed or forfeited, I believe he "PM'd" every team captain....respond to that PM..This could be a HUGE help to teams struggling to get matches together.
