Since PGI has yet to create sub-forums for the different reasons, and since having to go through so many different threads to find the team you need to play, make it easier on everybody and give your post a tag.

At the top of your post, place a tag designating what region you are in. For example, if you are a NA team, in the Topic Tags of the new post, type NA and then check the box for "Use first tag as prefix". This will allow other users to more quickly go through the threads and identify the threads they need.

Also, for those of you searching for specific region teams, just click on the NA, EU or AUS tag to be taken to all the posts in this forum with that tag. Makes searching much easier as well.

If you need to go back and change the title of your original post to show the tag, click on your post, then click the Edit button. On the edit page, click the button near the bottom for the "Full Editor". On that page you can change your post title, add tags etc..
