Hi all,
How many small pulse lasers can I fire together before I receive a ghost heat penalty?
If there is a penalty, does it stack? For instance, say I can fire 3 small pulse lasers without a ghost heat penalty but at 4 small pulse lasers it adds 10% more heat then usual. Would firing 5 small pulses at the same time amount to a 20% increase, 30% at 6 and so on and so forth?
Upon searching online, I see information and charts regarding medium, large lasers, ppc etc. but nothing on small pulse lasers.
Thanks

Six for Clan Small Pulse Lasers, as many as you want for Inner Sphere Small Pulse Lasers.

For Innersphere only, small lasers and small pulse lasers do not generate ghost heat. I think.
That is for Innersphere only.
For Clans, medium pulse, medium, small, and small pulse all together in any combination will generate ghost heat with 7 or more equipped. So, for clans:
# medium + # medium pulse + # small + # small pulse = 6 = no ghost heat.
`` = 7 = ghost heat.
The increase in ghost heat for each additional weapon is not linear. Each additional weapon over ghost heat creates far more heat than the previous.
