All but 1 point of armor stripped off the arms. It's 6 or 7 tons of ammo or something.

My adder prime with 2 ppcs. It's hot, but it just....... works for me.
Just rebuilt my Warhawk prime with 4 ppcs and the rest all dhs. God that thing is just fun to play.

1) Direwolf Siegebreaker. Originally Pariah Devalis' creation, twin Gauss, 4 ERML, UAC20, 2xSRM6. 122 damage in 1s, three times in a row. Able to dish 70pt alphas while cooling off. It's a monster.
2) Lurmdog. 5xLRM5, LRM10, 5xERSL. Over 20dps combined at 200m, it's a fast brawler that's extraordinarily effective, heat neutral with either the LRM's or lasers, lethal at brawling range, able to fire over friendly mechs to increase damage output over a narrow frontage.
Everything else gets different builds every couple of drops.

Very good on the heat as long as you dont fire too many weapon groups at once, more of a DPS'er than alpha warrior. Can work at the front of a push or middle of the group. Big waste of fire power sitting at the back.

Twin LB-10x; 6 tons of ammo
Quad Med laser
280xl engine
Tried this for a laugh as a lot of people ~say~ the Shotties are crap. Maybe they are, but I love it. Tried the AC10s but I always go back to the Shotties.

It runs fairly cool, has an alpha over 50, and with the TC3 and ERSLaser range module, the ERSLasers still reach out to a respectable 230m range optimal (almost IS MLaser range).
I can offer fire support with the 600m+ LPLasers and alpha strike for some good damage if the fight gets close.
I like my other EBJs and they run various Gauss/ERPPC/SRM builds, but the build above is just so nice.

MAD-5D
It's so extremely good at medium-short range. I would rate it higher than a brawl Timberwolf even in a brawl deck, simply because it can deal damage at respectable distance and it can deal it faster and more precisely, and it doesn't run any hotter. Playing anything besides this just feels...insufficient...these days.
Though my main squeeze is still this bugger. <3

Its a 76 point alpha and opens up most small heavies and lighter in one staggered alpha and after the kill you MASC away to the next victim.

4 medium pulses with cooldown module on chainfire.
3 LRM 15 with artemis, BAP, ccon, target decay, LRM 15 range, LRM 15 cooldown and 1480 missiles on chainfire.
AMS with 1 ton of ammo.
Its a beast the MPLs on chainfire allow continuous fire great for getting close or lights. I think they get 37% cooldown in total.
The LRM's are brutal. A constant rain of tight lrm 15s. The Command console, Bap and target decay mean no one gets away.
Its my mech with the highest K/D not that that means much.
Its the only build ive ever run on the KGC-0000. I tend to use more average builds on the other 2.

Ran it for years now, and I'll continue to run it for longer. Quirks and the 4N be damned!

You have taste mate! One should always have the PPC Adder in his hangar. If they gave us the 15/15 ERPPCs like they should be...

Warhawk is also great. I run it with a big TC (think 6) for better projectile speed.
My best performing Hellbringer is still 4 ermeds+Gauss. But those 3 are my favourite Clan mechs.

In the meantime, my KDK3 with 2xGauss + 4xMPL for support seems to be entertaining me well enough. Can always fall back on anything Mauler if that gets dull, too.
