I am really dissapointed with my first mech and I want to start over so I can get all the cadet bonus money, and tutorial money again.

I cant figure out how to delete my profile so I can reuse my email address.

hmm this is kind of hard to figure out, and I cant make a thread in any areas of the forums where there are actually people present.

You need to email support, there is a link in the top right that sais support

Highlight the one that sais accounts and email them with your email program

PS no way you're 1 years old...........dude!

there is on one time restart Option, which they should have,
Russ has commented on the idea and would like to see the Feature but its Currently TBD,

Delta is Right, Often if you havent had it more than a couple Days,
Support can help Refund your C-Bills, though i wouldnt make a habit of doing that,

He isn't 99, he is 101...

You can not delete the account, nor can you start up another account with the same email address.

Two options
Generate/create another email address and use that for the next account
Generate/create another email address, change the email address on this account to the new one email, freeing up your current email, THEN create a new account using your current email.

Current email-old account with old name
New email - new account with new name

or new email - old account old name
current email - new account new name

Did that make any sense?

You haven't even finished your first 25 matches it appears, so you'd still be getting supplemental cbills until then. Plus what comes with the academy.

In the mean time for your reset, why not tell us about your playstyle, what trials you liked, what ones you didn't... as well as the mech you got and why you don't like it?

Spam protection; it keeps spambots here where they are easy to clean up. 25 matches will lift the limit.

Side note you can edit your posts an unlimited amount of times.

I dont know if you can use billing support for c-bills. I know you can use them for MC. I screwed something up once with mc, I emailed them and they refunded me like.... 10 minutes later.

Also I recently started making a few new accounts for some experimentation, I can add you in friends and maybe we can drop together, just let me know when you're on, ill switch accounts.

There's an easier way. For example if your email address is mechwarrior@email.com, you could register again with mechwarrior+mwo@email.com. It gets recognised as a different email address, but the mail would still go to mechwarrior@email.com because "+mwo"-part gets ignored.

New players are allowed 5 posts/day until they have played 25 games, or something like that. That is why his name is baby blue. I do not remember if he can edit any of his posts though.

I really can't think of any mech that fails to perform in tier 5. Did you somehow buy a Mist Lynx-A or is this a troll post?

I suggest you simply modify your existing equipment into a more lethal configuration.

...now I am kinda concerned...previous match I saw what seems to be a really weird name...looks kinda spammy too....
Are spambots now playing MWO to get over the post-restrictions?

@Mogs01gt: Of course I know what is garbage, I own damn near every chassis in the game. Maybe I can just play them better than you. My comment was to compel the OP to name the mech.
