Thanks Brother. I try not to think about the past or to even talk about things.

I've been pretty tight lipped about the things I saw and did over there. But one thing I take from over there, is I pilot my mechs the same way I used to pilot my Gunship. Hit and move, hang around the out skirts and pick my targets carefully.

That being said, I spent a bunch of time at support groups for Veterans, talking helped me find my new normal, if you don't go to them find one and go, it might help.

2020 is that all? Why not like EQ? 2011 to 2030? Or, in EQ case 1999-2016 and still going.

Microsoft owns the MechWarrior IP. If PGI wants to continue MWO beyond 2018 (which AFAIK is what the current licence is valid until), PGI will have to get an extension on the licence which would depend on showing Microsoft that it is still capable of generating sufficient revenues to give them a worthwhile cut in the form of royalties.

EQ owns it's own IP does it not?

I'd send in a support ticket. Tell them that you sold the mech by mistake. it is entirely possible that they will put it back for you, but generally players only get one *oops*. Good luck.

this, if you resend the mail, they will likely replace it if you want.. Players get one OOPs.. and a 100 ton mech is as good of opps to use it on as any

Just curious.

Did you ever try to contact support to see if you could get your mech back?

I often find myself out front too much. It seems like these quick plays work out into triplex acies (triple battle order). The Hastati are out front getting popped. The bigger Principes are in the middle firing from afar. And in the back, often in a trench are the LRM firing Triarii.

As far as I can tell, the Daybreak Game Company (formerly Sony Online Entertainment) owns EverQuest's IP and runs the servers - so essentially yes.
