The match was rescheduled today at 9:45 PM EST but they were unable to fit enough and they didn't think to have enough later on.

Hint... get in a lobby in the wc-client (captains would be best). State which match it is (both team names...not the tags!, no date is needed) and the forfeiting captain\team member announces the forfeit. Both take a screenshot and submit it.

Not even a ref needed as long as both teams submit the screenshot.
