**I know this is dumb,

I'd say:
Panther - Lance leader. This crowd intends to run away from anything bigger than themselves, but this guy (or gal) can coordinate and provide a much needed 'big stick' if any of her own get in a pickle.
2 Jenners - Meat & Potatos. Not my favorite light chassis, but I can never claim that the thing isn't balanced well. These two, aside from being competant scouts in their own right, would serve as flanking elements if the Panther ever had to do duty as a "Scout Hunter". Plus I would also use them as my frontliners should the lance come into an unfortunate slugging match.
Ostscout - the "Scouts scout". In a pre-raven age, I'd hope (or at least like to imagine), that the OTT-7J would get some hefty EW bonuses. Once the lance makes contact, this is the guy slinking forward to see how much toilet paper the other side has left (then we know how long till they withdraw), otherwise he's to stay out of sight.
...btw, was anyone else stymied in their early years with a mis-printed TRO? The Ostscout is printed with the specs for the Ostroc... I inintally was baffled at how they got two large and four med lasers on a light chassis.
Thoughts anyone?
*edit: My one modification, although not intended for combat, if it was highly possible, I might substitute a Valkyrie for one Jenner, to give the benefit of the LRMs.
