in official scheduled matches the spectator slots are used by officials. in the matches without officials they can be used by others. if teams agree to them by clicking ready, how it can be assured that these spectators are not the flying eye for one team? this can be a game changer if the opponent knows exactly what you are doing because of the spectator.

please clarify if possible.

If you're concerned about it, lay it out in the terms where you reschedule the match that you do not agree to outside spectators.

If your opposing team wants a spectator/ there is spectator present, screenshot, then leave lobby and start a grievance process. Teams that violate fairplay rules are more than likely to get Disqualified. You should still show up at the original planned official matchtime / try to setup a new date for the match. Just for further information excerpts from the FAQ

Teams who wish to allow the presence of a Spectator in a re-scheduled match are only able to invite other Tournament Participants. We will not grant log-in access to any player who is not an official Tournament Participant.

When Spectators are present in the lobby of a re-scheduled match, changing of your Ready status to green can be considered a vote of approval for the presence of any Spectator in a Spectator Slot. As matches can only be launched once all participating players have affirmed their Ready status, Spectators are considered fully approved by all participants once the match has been launched.

Whichever player is in control of the Lobby must take care not to fill in a Spectator Slot at the last minute before quickly launching the match. Attempting to slot in a Spectator without full approval from all of the match participants is likely to carry severe consequences.
Match participants are permitted to stream their play, but must adhere to the Stream Guidelines.

In short: if you green up your agreement to the spectator is implied. If they try to sneak one in last minute -> report for punishment.
