Old player back from a longish break here. I pledged to a faction and learned a few things about CW. However, I am seeing constant "reinforcement needed" windows pop up regarding faction wars I can't(?) or don't want to participate in. Is there a way to limit which faction(s) alerts show up?

Sadly, no. Those alerts were actually busted and gone for a whole patch cycle.

It was glorious. They "fixed" it.

You can participate in faction battles that your Allies are in.
Wanting to is another story.

I believe Steiner and Faction are allies.

If you currently don't have a Faction you're with, the Call To Arms doesn't seem to be working still. So if you're contracted, just let the Contract exhaust, and you won't see the popups until the next time you want to get into Faction Warfare.
