Did anybody else suddenly have their settings reset? I am playing MWO via Steam, and most of my settings got reset, including key bindings and graphics settings. It happened after a Steam client update.
Just curious if I am the only one. I guess it could be my computer but who knows.

Do you use the steamcloud feature? Maybe thats the culprit. I have turned off steamcloud save feature because I had issues with savegames in certain steamgames because of that.
Now, its not a saved game in your case but settings. But settings can also be saved in the cloud so maybe after the client update your steamcloud isnt up to speed and your client reverted to 'factory' standard settings.
I would suggest turning that steamcloud thing off anyway. Still, you have to set your settings again unfortunately...
I dunno if this was helpfull or not.

I use steam and have not had this happen. I'm not sure what may have happened. Just wanted to provide a data point to help you troubleshoot.

Mine got reset recently.
I went on vacation for a couple weeks, which happened during the Kodiak patch.
I come home and patch up. Load up a Kodiak and drop into a match and all of sudden I cant lock targets or use voip etc etc.
Had to do a complete remap.
Pita? Sure. But Not that big of a deal since Ive been using the same control scheme for so long it is all muscle memory now.
I just go through the control options and hit my intended keys.

Doing a "File integrity" check on the game files will usually result in lost settings if it replaces the files containing them.
An update shouldn't do this, though.
Regular client's "repair tool" does this too.
