Many of the current achievement rewards in both QP and FW are irrelevant.

For example, the 'All Around Helper' (20-k assists in each weight class), grants 5,000 GXP. By the time a player gets to this point he or she will have accrued so much GXP that 5k won't be one percent of what that player has, unless they've been using it to master, say, all six Kodiaks before ever dropping in one.

The GXP handed out at ranks 19 and 20 of the loyalist tiers are much the same.

That isn't to say that GXP isn't a fitting or useful reward. It is. For early achievements for new players. Those who get 20k assists in all 4 weight classes, or max their loyalty reward tier are neither.

And speaking of, Mercenaries currently get 2/3rds the C-bills that loyalists get. In what dictionary do Mercs get paid less than your own troops?

Revise rewards to make them relevant to the time/effort/skill/lore of the players.

Mercs should get more c-bills because they are mercs. Off-set this by making lore-specific chassis available to Loyalists at reduced prices (this could be tiered, so that Mech A becomes cheaper the higher you go, or set up with multiple mechs so Mech A, Mech B, etc). Toss in some c-bills for the loyalists so that the total c-bill value between cash and savings for the loyalists is equal to the cash of the mercs.

As for cockpit items, instead of the random...stuff that loyalists get, give faction-specific content so Davion unlocks Davion cockpit items, and Wolf unlocks Wolf.
