A short question a want to clarify.
Yesterday I was running my Double Gauss Hunch IIC
I have 45 Gauss ammo, which I completely used up. No backup weaponos.
I ended up with 729 damage. Yet, even if I hit every single of my gauss rounds, it would sum up to 45*15=675
Where does the extra damage come from? Is that critical damage? Like I hit something that exploded and the explosion spreads to further modules?
Thanks
Overachieving Damage?

If you take out a side torso and the arm is still attached you get credit for the arm as well. At least I think so.

Ok the arm makes sense. I had 8 Components destroyed I believe. I also had a Headshot. Would a headshot also do anything additionally? I mean it only destroys the head(and pilot), right?

Arm, also, when you get a crit, 15% of the critical damage done is applied to structure as well. So a single Gauss round can do 15+(.15*45)= 21.75 damage. Thus, an extremely lucky dual Gauss shot can stack 43.5 damage directly done.
