DX11 has significantly more game engine stalls compared to DX9. When will this be fixed?

Which is sad as the minimum FPS boost and less CPU strain is very welcomed.

What do you mean by engine stall?

I think he means FPS dips. I had the same issues and switched back to DX9. Framerates would normally be 60+ and drop down into the teens during dropship drops or encountering mechs or new areas for the first time. Felt sort of like buffering textures or something. This is on a Win10, I5 6600K system with a gtx 760. Lowering all visual settings to low had no effect. Changing between full screen/full windowed had no effect. I'll be reinstalling windows when I get my new SSD, so I'll see if that changes things.
