For far too long, have we been looked down on by the other Successor States of the Inner Sphere. They look down upon us, calling us a weak willed example of people. Too long have they considered us mongrels of the Inner Sphere. No more I say.

They have trampled upon our backs for their own gains, tossing us aside after they are through with us. Treating us as useless tools. Looking down and scoffing at us as we offer aid as if we are worthless. I say again, no more.

When I am upon the battlefronts, I do not see weak willed men and women. I do not see useless and discarded tools. I see people of honor and dignity. I see people pushing up against the tyrants of the Inner Sphere Houses. I see people raising their heads high, letting out a howl of anger and ferocity! I see soldiers and citizens of the Capellon Confederation!

No more shall we struggle against our borders! No more shall we be called 'The Weakest' or 'Mongrels' of the Inner Sphere! No more shall we stay our hand against what has been denied to us!

We shall rise up, under our proud and honorable banner of Liao! We shall show this Inner Sphere and the Clans that House Liao will not be an Underdog! We shall show them what it means to be Capellons! We shall unite into a fighting force that shall shake the foundation of the Inner Sphere, and we shall take our worlds back!

Let us push our borders! Let us take our honor and dignity back!
The Capellon Confederation calls upon her people, Loyalists and Mercenaries! Let us guide her shining light like a knife into the heart of the Inner Sphere!

Let us show them Capellon glory!
