so i bought king Crab from the store and now its not showing up in my mechlab did i just get jacked or what happened this is my first time buying a mech so im not sure if thats supose to happen or not

It should be there, but sometimes the pic shown on the select mech screen is wrong. Also make sure you have the filters set to show owned mechs and either the correct weight class of no weight filter set.

I'm assuming you bought it for Cbills?
In which case it should immediately show in your inventory. I've personally never had a case of it happening otherwise.
Also, as Lady above stated, there is sometimes a visual glitch where a newly purchased mech will have the wrong picture in the mechlab. Also as Lady said, make sure of what filters you have set for your inventory in the mechlab. Make sure you have em set so you can see your IS mechs, and your Assault mechs.........you should find it.

Also, friendly piece of advice (assuming you haven't already figured this out) for your new assault. Positioning is VITAL! The battlemap is your best buddy. Know where you are, where ya team is, and where the enemy is best ya can. That KGC won't have the speed to run away so have to make your encounters with the enemy count best ya can. Also.....try to stay among ya teammates best ya can without tripping over them......a lone assault is usually a very quickly focused and dead one.

Adjust your filters (tabs on the top) so you are displaying owned IS mechs in the assault class

What he said. The filters are probably set to display trial mechs. Change that to owned mechs (or all mechs) and your new mech will show up.

Did you purchase it from the ingame store or the website gift store?

If ingame then as others have said make sure you have the owned, inner sphere and assault filters checked,

if you ordered the King Crab Champion Mech from the website gift store you would have been emailed a code which you need to redeem (link top middle on this site) after you redeem it should be in your account within 15 minutes

I had the same thing happen to me, it s not the filters or the picture the mech is not there, restart your client it will be there once done. It is a bug I guess...

Delay at the moment. I bought one..it took a few minutes to show up. Server issues.
