I got in the top 50 think it was 35 in some event using a Banshee with 2 x LB10 and medium lasers I pushed alot with it, often leading them, and no D baggery play, so they can't be terrible, just they make the leets ocd twitch because it ain't aiming right ;)

Mind you back then people played the game, they didn't hide behind rocks corner poking, even pugs pushed !

With your permission this will be the new official name of the LBX.

But yeah, the LBX is bad. It's not that it's not cool to use or that you can't do well with it, it's just straight up an inferior weapon to almost any alternative. It needs a rethink. No more "tuning the spread".

It can be pretty good if you get close. Also as a suppression weapon for medium to long range.

HBK-IIC with quad ASRM6 and CSPLs can take out any Light mech. Doesn't even need Streaks.
