Well I just figured I would ask what is your best mech and best build for it (use smurfy if you like or screen shots)?

HBK-IIC-A (the laser one) has 44 matches, a 3.44 W/L ratio, and 57 kills with a 5.18 K/D ratio

EBJ Prime has 54 matches. 1.79 W/L, 95 kills with a 3.17 K/D.

SCR-C has 96 matches, 1.81 W/L, 127 kills with 2.65 K/D ratio

You might see a trend if you look at those builds. That's not what all my builds look like, nor do I play in these mechs that often, but when I was just eager to get out of Tier 3, those are what I was using (well, the hbk-iic wasn't out yet.)

To answer OP, out of the 3, the HBK-IIC-A, in my opinion, is the best medium mech with the best build for this sort of thing. It runs slightly cooler than the Stormcrow due to 2 extra heatsinks, plus I feel the jump jets are slightly more useful than an extra couple kph. The EBJ is the best heavy for this sort of thing, and beats the timber simply because it doesn't get negative quirks for the 2 + 6 combo (as well as having good size I suppose.)
