I know I am not the first to claim this, but still think there is not enough work about the ppc's usefulness. Better said, I know there is much work on them (quirks, etc...) but the result is not properly working in game. Ppc's are supposed to be the energy counterback of ac10's, a slow weapon but powerful at pinpoint damage. I miss that quality at all, I am not claiming at this weapon to turn the überweapon, but hitreg is horrible, besides of it's cost at heat managing. Maybe we can hold it's heat cost and ghost heat, but with a "narrow" beam more like a laser, just to avoid the full stop of the shot if it scratchs a corner or hill, or treating it like a lbx, with splash damage better than pinpoint... Just suggestions, it's sad to see such an iconic weapon released as a low second hand (or third...) weapon.
Just some of my mumblings... Excuse me for my poor english, just trying to explain it the better I can.
