I don't think your stupid, I can understand why seeing and dealing with lots of negativity towards the game and P.G.I, got you down.

To keep it relevant I'm not buying the huntsman for the reasons I've posted in other threads

No worries, everyone has been there at one point or another in their life Derek. I hope things look up for you soon.

As for the Huntsman, I think the streak/splat builds will be EVERYWHERE. Basically, Splatpocolypse will be upon us. It just looks like it can perform that role very well at this point.

Hey Scout bet you dont remember me but when i started MWO you become one of the first friends, had alot of drops together, taught me alot about the game and even gave me my 15 sec of fame on a youtube vid.

Hang in there you are a good guy. Ppl know that, and yes topics can get out of hand but thats just debate. At least you recognized it might have gotten out of hand.

Anyways thanks man and dont get to down on yourself.

Holy wow..

I take a few days off from being a forum warrior and poor Scout has a mini break down.

I cant leave you kids alone for a second

But seriously, No worries there Scout. We all get Derped out every now and then but I admire that you were man enough to step up and deal with it.

It takes guts to do that. Which makes you a better man than most in my opinion. Not a better man than me naturally. But most.

Dont plan on buying the Huntsman.

Hey Derek, I don't really know you but I think I have a good feeling about how you are via the forum posts. And you are someone I'd wish on everyone. However, that being said, hate you, love you, don't care about what you wrote... Either way to you and everyone else, please take care of what you need to. Real life is indeed real. And I hope nothing but he best for everyone (barring hurting others.) Do what you need to do to get better. My 6 mg 11 Flamer (and a lot of spare tonnage) Dire awaits you in Polar Highlands for a brawling match (1. if we find each other and 2. if we time doesn't run out).

Good job admitting that thread was silly, because it was, but emotional lapses happen to everyone.

Take a break.

Right now you're probably thinking this Scout guy, he knew he was stupid and childish posting that thread and now he doesn't want to show all the drama, he's such a kid. no it's not that, it's something else and I haven't said what it was, and drama is not wanted here. well, for some of us.

Something the more do in-home personal affairs and some other bogus stuff that's been going on with my life lately, just family stuff and it's pretty bad as in taking a dire wolf with machine guns and flamers on Polar Highlands.

And it got to a point to where I just got so upset with my personal life that I allowed it to get into the forums, and that's not right, it's selfish and I'm sorry for that.

Yeah I know it sounds like a cop-out but it's not fair to some here, I'd rather come back and apologize rather than just let it go off and let them let it become something that you really didn't want to be; something big and nasty and looked like I ignored it all and was acting childish, which I did yesterday.

I'm not expecting you to forgive me or say give me a pat on the back I'm just here to say to you I'm sorry and apologize (again) because I feel it's right and it's wrong to just say what I said yesterday it's not right.

Here's how it goes shortly; Just had a lot of things that have been going recently for me lately and it's been getting to me and there's a couple things that are in a way long-term and I need to take a break from the forums.

Yeah I know you can get your popcorn or you can get your pitchforks or you can come in with your own little hammertrying to hit me with it but if anything try to be reasonable at least I know I haven't been but at least I'm trying to make an effort to turn it around.

To keep this prevalent to General discussion just going to ask you how many are going to make the Huntsman they preorder streak boats or splat builds?

<3

It happens, man. Dad just died a couple years ago. Been divorced three times. My daughter just graduated high school, and lives two time zones away. Etc. I feel ya.

I'll keep you and your non-specific home/family situation in my thoughts.

Now, do what you do best.

And yeah, I'm buying the Huntsman. Gonna love that thing, even if it DOES wind up playing second fiddle to the HBK-IIC...

I must have missed whatever thread you are talking about, but you seem pretty regretful of it.

I've had enough interaction with you to know your base personality. I dont care what offensive things you might post. I'll always be on your side.

Might just be me though... I'm the kind of person who thinks serial killers are interesting, instead of being despised by them, as society expects you to be.
