I, for one, do not expect AC/20s to draw minimal "power" even though the reloading mechanism is not NEARLY as energy-hungry as the electromagnetic accelerators on Gauss Rifles (capacitor-driven magnetic solenoids) or PPCs (the electric fields used to accelerate hydrogen nuclei), or the capacitors and diodes for lasers. Firing SRMs only require enough energy to spark an ignitor charge... I can do that with the Massive Power of my pizeoelectric propane grill ignitor.
If my prediction is true, then we need a new name for the system. If it's a system that somehow taxes your reactor, but it is based on damage output rather than actual electrical energy draw, the perhaps we can call it...
Ghost Tiredness
Ghost Fatigue
Damage Tax
Weapon Fatigue
Output Tariff...
Come on, what are we going to call the system if it's not based on electrical power draw?
(I like Ghost Fatigue, personally)
