I'm excited to see the HGN IICs get some agility quirks, but with the addition of some structure, I anticipate seeing a lot more of these fellas on the battlefield. Especially the B variant that can run like a Spirit Bear sans MASC. Will be interesting to see. Thoughts on the HGN IIC adjustments?

I don't think the quirks will change the state of the Highlander-IIC that much, given that even the regular Highlander doesn't get much play.
The quirks are needed, but likely not enough compared to the alternatives.

I play these guys pretty frequently, and am looking forward to the quirks. I expect they are a welcome relief for fans of the chassis, but aren't enough to increase its overall popularity.
Mastered Prime, A, and B long ago, just bought the C for Cbills and am still mastering it. Quirks should make that a bit easier

It'll help, for sure. Won't make it competitive with other Clan assaults, especially now that the Warhawk is smaller.
As long as Class I jump jets are terrible, the HGN IIC will remain sub-par.
But the HGN-IIC was never as bad as the IS HGN, so it may have gone from mediocre to decent. Especially the HGN IIC C-variant. I'm surprised they gave the B-variant worse agility quirks than the others. I always considered the C-variant the best one, by far. 2xCUAC10s... that's the core of what makes this mech good, in my opinion.

Yeah, I'm definitely going to try out my ON1-IICs on Tuesday. It's not a massive buff, but I'm still intrigued. I've never thought the ON1-IICs were terrible -they have amazing firepower- but with some added durability I think they could be pretty decent.

I assumed that was the energy variant at first (due to how they quirked the KDKs) but it's the missile variant...
giving the weakest agility quirks to the mech that is most limited to brawling?

Heh, fun fact, the Dragon Flame retains the extra armor on the RA from the 1N rather than putting it on the LT where it'd actually do some good.

I have the Heavy Metal, nothing can make this chassis good compared to what is available
IIC still a HGN, clan weapons are so strong that they make a star out of a gas giant.
