Like I said, I'm not going to call anything quite yet but I think it's highly likely lights are going to be even less used now.
I wonder how often I will see lights dip into 0% after this.

Yes, in a year or two, at best.

No. The Kit Fox is a 30t mech, the Adder is a 35t mech. That extra 5t has to go somewhere, so the Adder is bigger than the Kit Fox. They shouldn't be the same size.
And, as such, the Adder basically stays the same size (technically it grows, but by a totally negligible amount) and the Kit Fox shrinks.

I expect to see even more Locusts, and there were already a fair few about.

I thought the Grasshopper wasn't getting taller, yet it got taller AND larger. WTF. Black Knight got blasted in the face too.
Look at the Executioner, it's DOA at that size.
Get Scarecrow in here so he can tell us again how this SCIENCE is infallible.
I'm literally refunding every mech that I have on preorder over this.
yeha taking the picture it's literally off the scale xD

The Viper will be the size of a a 40T Mech. While it will be close in size to a 35T Light, it will still be a little bigger. While it will be fast there are still several lights that will be significantly faster. Everything is as it should be.

Just a little taller, but a lot chunkier. Just like the Cicada and Ice Ferret. The bottom of the Medium weight should be just a bit bigger than the top of the light weight. And now it is. All the way up to Atlas being taller than the Kodiak now. Which looks like it may have helped a bit, the gun/missile slots looked like they came up quite a bit with height.

You diarrhea mouthed idiots haven't even played with the rescale yet, so your judgement is already flawed.

No, judgement is pretty accurate
Larger robots = weaker robots, when guns stay the same
Guns aren't changing significantly for another 2 months, and more quirks aren't coming for another month
Everything points to things getting weaker, almost exclusively (Nova will be boss, though)

Weaker could mean "weaker by an utterly imperceptible amount". I'm not saying that's the case, just that we just don't know yet.

It will not only be easier to hit a mech but to hit a specific part of a mech. I expect TTK to drop again.
Maybe the power draw will take care of that but... did they mention when they plan to release it?

Town hall said they are aiming for August with a July PTS. No guarantees though as usually whenever you hit a technical problem like they did, you can expect it to get bumped back a bit.

Obviously Ravens were a major cause for concern. Because their scaling took almost the same size hit that the Jenners did. That CT is now even more inviting.

when the new "heat/energy system strikes, NVA will be having a laod of "hardpointlesses"

All I know is that my Locust is gonna be even more effective in Scouting matches. Not that it needed that but given how fickle quirks can be...
On the other hand, I can finally bathe in the tears of Spider pilots.

TBR and Marauder pretty approximate. Hopper still gangly as hell so overall width/height pretty misleading.
The only "gangly" thing on the hopper are it's arms. It's just as wide as the following. (actually WIDER, where it counts. TORSOS)
Cataphract, TDR, Warhammer, Black Knight.
The only profile that matters is it's front silhouette and this is where PGI dropped the ball. Especially in mechs that can't effectively shield with arms.
