This is better looking than the new minimap.

North Beach is a pretty cool place. Partied down in the Mission District a few times too. I wish google maps would tell you the elevation so you knew what was uphill and downhill.

I tried to locate the nearest sushi restaurant in the new Frozen City. It told me to turn left and walk all the way to Skye. That's over 250 light years away! Apparently modern tech with Google Maps is better than 3054 tech.

Google Maps is clearly lost tech, because Google maps at least has the option to shift orientation to match your heading

In all seriousness, I was getting kinda dizzy and disoriented trying to use the new mini map.
Will be back after it changes.

Normally if there is a choice for fixed vs relative map position, I pick fixed anyway. When minimap was forced relative, I lived with it.
