GBA for Ghost Bear Aggression. ( cause who ever knew a friendly bear!)

I am seeking CW/FP players who are wanting to WIN. The main focus regarding this issue is Clan Ghost bear does not win right now, we lose - thats why so many people want to fight us. I will not take any new players who do not have a drop deck built with mechs they own and are Tier 3+. This unit will be massively forced into mechs that will win. If you do not want that join a losing unit. This unit is in the USA so you must be williung to play during US active hours. My normal time of online is Monday-Tuesday 6pm AZ Wensday - All day Thursday Friday -6PM AZ Saturday - Sunday Normally All day.

Am I missing something? Only a few weeks ago there were always matches to be had on CW/Faction play, whatever it's called now. I look on a Saturday or Sunday now and there are single digits of people on there. What is going on with this?
