If you need C-Bills fast, buy mc and convert it to C-Bills. But i think the rate is pretty bad

if you are going to do that look at the Champion Mechs, the Spider, Firestarter, Jenner and Cicada have a great resale value, and are better value than the Cbill packs, especially if yo buy them when on sale.

Unless you need C-Bills right this second, just grind them out. If you are going to spend real $ to convert to C-Bills through some methods, buying Champions and selling them or just buying Premium Time or the World Championship pack for the C-Bill bonuses to speed up the grind are probably your best choices.
